Funds paid for water utilities, water not turned on, no available service tech in the area until following week.
Refusing to send a technician to turn on water after funds were paid.
Seek more employees to service your customers, tenants at my property paid to have water utilities turned on and due to no one at home water was not connected. I do understand the reasons why, however now the tenant will go without water utilities for a most 1 week. The explanation was "we do not have a technician in that area to connect it". As a former employee of a City with water utilities, we could not do such a thing. I believe a private contractor should be held to just as high standard if not higher.
