Mr [redacted] was hired 02/17/14 to repair my central air and heat unit at [redacted], first Mr [redacted] told me the only problem was a link outside so I wrote him a check for $573.50 to repair the problem after that was repair then Mr [redacted] informs me that I have another problem my fan motor needs to be replaced which is also located outside and that's going to be an additional $294.25. I could not understand how he missed that the first time when he checked the unit for all issues but I wrote him another check to have the issue repaired. After Mr [redacted] repaired that issue he then told me there was another issue with the unit that would cost an additional $125 but he had to bring someone back with him to repair that issue because he was unable to do it. Now at this point I'm very pissed but I want to my unit fixed because I have so far paid $867.75 and I won't be able to use it. So I agreed to allow Mr [redacted] to come back and fix the additional issue. Mr [redacted] returned on 03/03/14 to with another man(I can't remember his name) to repair the issue. Around the middle of March the unit started licking water so Mr [redacted] was called back to repair that issue at no additional cost because at this point I refuse to give him anymore money. Mr [redacted] came fixed the lick and said everything was ok but now the unit won't come on at all. So Mr [redacted] was called again to fix whatever the issue was and he said everything was ok. The unit worked for about 2 days and stopped working again. Mr [redacted] was called again yesterday 04/14/14 because the unit won't come on. Mr [redacted] told my mom he would be there at 5:30 but didn't not get there until after 7 pm after my mom called him again. At this time he said a pump isn't working and its going to cost $75 to repair and I told him I'm not paying him anything else because he has been paid $992.75 so my unit should be working without any issues. Mr [redacted] said he was going to get the pump and he'll be back but he never returned to fix the issue.
