Contractor took my money and has yet to complete any job or room in my home.Unfinished work, more damage to things than needed, took money and did not finish any one task.Desired SettlementI want my money back for services not rendered. Business Response I am suing him and taking out liens for non-payment. I have no further response.Consumer Response I have all proof that this contractor did not complete work he was paid for. [redacted] insurance has now become aware and is conducting an investigation into this situation. Also informed that they will no longer use this contractor for any business. The threat of a liens and lawsuit is a non issue because we have proof he did work without permits and did not do the work he was paid for. Pictures conversations proving he did not do the work he was paid for.
