Installed water heater in my home in March 2017. I only found out yesterday from another plumber (1/29/2024) that Charlie Swain should have told me about my city's requirement for a permit. Now I have a big hassle.
I had a water leak at my house and they came out on three occasions.The first time they could not find he leak.there was a service call of $ The second time the found the leak and capped it..There was another charge of $We had no problem paying these two bills The supervisor came on the second occasion and said it would take about two hours to replace ft of pile to complete the job On the third occasion two guys came to replace ft of pipe and charged us $ We refused to pay because it was fours and the supervisor said it would be about two hours.They also ran the pipe on the outside of the house which was un acceptable They finally sent another Plumber that did it correctly and did it in two hoursThey finally redid the bill and we paid another $These people are a set of RIP OFFSPlease stay away from this CHARLIE SWAIN PLUMBING

On the third occasion two guys came to replace 20 ft of pipe and charged us $988.30.
We refused to pay because it was fours and the supervisor said it would be about two hours.They also ran the pipe on the outside of the house which was un acceptable.
They finally sent another Plumber that did it correctly and did it in two hours. They finally redid the bill and we paid another $648.30. These people are a set of RIP OFFS. Please stay away from this CHARLIE SWAIN PLUMBING.
