Repeated No-shows, Cavalier attitudeUnworthy of your time & money! On Tuesday morning (9/1), I requested service for some upscale appliances [redacted] initially told me that our house was too far out of his way, but then agreed that it would be taking care of between Noon and 1PM that dayAs a result, I decided to take the afternoon off from work 1PM came and went, I called several times to leave a message with a somewhat aloof female staffAt 4PM I received a response: [redacted] was busy with other 'things'The office staff offered a re-schedule for Saturday (today) between 10AM and NoonI reminded them that it was a holiday weekend (Labor day), and I did not want to waste another day waiting for nothing I called Friday (yesterday) to confirm, and was told yes, it was on the books and yes, [redacted] would be there as scheduledNeedless to say, it is Noon and it did not happen This colossal waste of time was underlined by this company's cavalier attitude towards appointmentsTheir scheduled time apparently means absolutely nothingIt is a shame these type of outfits get enough business to keep their doors openThey simply do not deserve your consideration

Terrible & unprofessional serviceI bought a stove from Charlies applianceApprox months later, it stopped workingIt took "***" days to come outHe stayed 2-days for partsWell, it's been weeks ! The business hung up the phone on spouse ! Won't come fix stoveDoesnt return or answer phoneTerrible !!
