[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: if you read Revdex.com CASE#: [redacted] In response to case # [redacted] against [redacted] , the following information is about the consumers concern about her tire situation:1-9/10/called Brendan @Charlies to confirm that they did call the consumer back to have her stop by the dealership for her refundYes they had and as of 9/10/she had not stopped into the dealership [redacted] believes that once a dealer has comment to work with a consumer on warranty work, we leave that warranty situation in that dealers handsAlso Brendan told me they had received and return a response from their Revdex.com complaint activity report about the same situtation [redacted] Consumer Quality System [redacted] Brendan called me on 5/he stated that he would call me back to pick up my checkas of today 9/19/I still have not heard anything from him about picking up a checkEven going back and forth with the Better Business He has not mentioned once about calling me to pick up a check but that is what he is telling [redacted] ***If he calls me ###-###-#### and tells me that there is a check to be picked up I will pick it up and be done with this issue Regards, [redacted]

*** I had filed a complaint against Long Neck Water company, in Long Neck DEThey stepped up to the plate, when I advised them that I had done so.
They cancelled our final notice for the bill that we did not owe themI electronically contacted you at that time, which was the same day I filed the complaint, and told you that they had done so Nonetheless their office manager just phoned me and said she had received notice of the complaint. I’m not sure if it was already in the mail, but they have made good, and the complaint needs withdrawn please I no longer have the reference number that was given to me. When I thought it was a done deal I shredded everything related to that bill *** *** ***

well I have no idea what you're complaining is because nobody's contacted me about anythingI only have one person who is unhappy and unfortunately I have given her the only solution that exists if you are talking in reference to the customer that I loaded there U-Pack trailer and they went to
Canada then unfortunately you probably need to read Texas law concerning insurance issues and who is responsible for providing Insurance to the customerI have already contacted my insurance company and unfortunately whenever I load somebody else's stuff into a piece of equipment that's not mine unfortunately once I verify that it's done and done to this customer satisfaction when it leaves my hands that's the end of my responsibility the insurance that covers the trailer that the customer stuff is in is the one that supposed to provide them protection from that point forward that particular customer needs to contact the carrier that she used and use their insuranceI know they're giving her a hard time about it but unfortunately that's the way the law goes and that's the way the insurance reeds and they need to provide her coverage if they don't that's the carrier you need to be filing the complaint with I unfortunately have my hands tied I can't force my insurance company to do anything that's the way the law reads in the state of Texas unfortunately as to who's responsible so there were other issues along with that complained that she's probably not telling you like I asked her for blankets I don't know about forty thousand times during the move but that customer was very upset she was cursing at her husband a lot and generally just somebody that you wouldn't want to be around and so after I bug her enough about it that I knew she wasn't going to provide any I did the best I could with what I had and I emailed her that I don't know about times that unfortunately if you don't provide me with what I need since that trailer is not mine and it's going out of town or out of country I can't provide them with blankets told them I wouldn't she didn't provide any there for some of that is self-inflictedBut if you'd actually like to tell me who your complaint is coming from and or who you're talking about I can only guess oh, nobody has contacted me on the issue or anything so you can't say that you've tried or that you're going to lower a rating for something when you've never made contact with me about who the issue is for or what it's aboutNow if you'd like to actually call me and talk about it phone number is *** if you'd like to keep emailing me this is the

This letter is in response to the letter that we received on Friday August 22, in regards to *** *** tiresI would like to take this time to start out by saying that am truly sorry that *** *** has had to endure this hassleHowever feel that she has placed the blame on the wrong
company, as we are the installer not the manufacture of the tire, We do not warranty anytires here in any manner what so ever other then do to an installation error, Any warranties offered through the manufactures are taken care of by the manufactureThat requires us to send the tires back to the wholesaler for them to send the tire back to the manufacture for them to inspect and determine cause of failureHow much if any refund or adjustment is to be made is then decided by the manufacture, All of this is completely out of our hands here at our center.Sometime in February *** *** had came in to complain about her tires having excessive dry rot on three of her four tire that she had purchased here 30,miles earlier, She was informed at that time that we would have to send the tire back to the wholesaler who would then have to send them back to the manufacture to have them inspect and determine if the cause of failure was under the scope of warrantyIf it was then at that point the manufacture would then send the wholesaler a check and then they would then send us a check and then we would contact *** *** with the amount and she could pick up the money at any time*** *** was contacted on May 2,by Brendan to inform her that we had received a check from the manufacture for $94,and that she could come by any time and pick up the $AS of the time of this letter we have not heard back from *** ***I truly believe that if *** *** has an issue with the warranty on the tires then she should have filed a complaint against the tire manufacture and/or even the tire wholesaler who she had been in contact with about the tiresWe here at our level had done everything in our power to try in help *** *** with the tires (from the time that she dropped them off we had made mutual phone calls to the tire wholesaler to pick up the tiresTo pulling old Invoices to prove that the tires were the actual ones sold to usThe wholesaler even made *** *** produce a picture of the suv with the tires mounted on itSo we had to ask them to go to the tires and pull the serial numbers to match them to the ones that they had sold so that they would then send them back to the manufacture for Inspection and adjustment)

The disputed amount was charged off. If Mrs*** should move back into our water district the amount will need to be paid before we can establish water service for her The amount due included a disconnection fee of $25.00, water usage of $with a credit for the facility
