Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The responses from DRC Landscaping are utter liesI have over emails between Charlie and me that explain everything however your website won't allow me to download them.......they speak volumesInitially we paid Charlie $cash for a job he quoted us at $and he never returned to completeHe never gave any receipts, even upon requestWe paid him $cash for the trees, again, no receiptHe said that he didn't have the cash on hand to pick up materials for the paver patio under the pergola out back so my husband, *** ***, gave him $cash so he could pick up the materials, again, no receiptAfter that he would never meet with us face to faceWe even requested to meet at a place of his choosing, never happenedMy husband requested an itemized receipt of services rendered, we never got oneLater in June, I went to his facebook page and posted my review of his business, an honest reviewThis is when he decided to say that I ruined his business, that we never paid him, etc., etcThat is when I contacted the Revdex.comI even told him that we would accept only $returned if he felt we didn't pay him enoughI would still accept the $rather than the $that he really owes usI consider myself an honest person and would not lie about this especially with my career background in Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement and Military Sincerely, [redacted] ***

To whom it might concern, first of all I would gladly give back the money paid, but I would like to get paid for what I've done my family and business have expenses that need to be paid as well as my time and reputation harmed, my family and business are everything to me and I treat every one with
respect and like family, probably that's why I never ask for my pay , all I was doing was helping them out on my schedule availability trying to fit them in, so they can pay my time worked and time spent trying to solve this matter, I have emails and texts to proof the treats she made to my business and family

She is rejecting everything so if she wants to go to court, we can discuss the rejection then, I'm not taking advantage of this situation but, she lies about everything and wants everyone feel sorry for her, and I'm at a point where I don't want to, so no matter
