At this time, I have been contacted directly by Made Event regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal">[Your Answer Here]They did not take ownership and responsibility over the tickets/ticket materials I bought and still have Officials/representatives at the festival should be trusted for what they said and not dismissed much less from their cohorts like *** *** I am happy to show/prove all the materials I have which someone who bought direct receives I do not personally know that person I bought from If you would like to track them down and enforce they give me the refund directly I am open to that otherwise I feel justified in demanding full compensation for the face value of the Sunday general admission This does not bode well for the future of this event if matters are to be handled in this manner.
