Hi ***,I am surprised by this complaint. We spent more than days discussing the resolution to this. Just to reiterate, we took the vehicle to an independent mechanic who could not confirm that it needed a head gaskets. You had purchased a warranty that did not include seals
and gaskets. We worked to get your money back so that you could use that money to replace the head gaskets. You did not want us to use our mechanic and discount to replace the head gaskets as our suggestion. If you used our mechanic, we would have assisted in the repair, but not another mechanic. I believe that was a reasonable solution. Apparently, you did not get the head gaskets replaced with the money that came back on the warranty? I can still assist in the repair if you agree to use our sources. Please contact me if you have any questions. John L

I have been in contact with *** regarding his concerns. I have offered him to pay the difference between what he received back from the warranty company approx$and the $or $700.00. Under the conditions of the contract, Charlies Autos in no obligation to pay this as the vehicle was sold as-is. Charlies Autos has the customers *** inspected by an independent mechanic who noted that the *** did not show signs of a blown head gasket. Since then, we helped *** receive money from the warranty company and he seemed happy with the resolution. Only recently did we hear from him with a Revdex.com complaint. Meanwhile, driving the vehicle almost miles. The vehicle still does not show signs of a blown head gasket. There is no oil in the antifreeze and the car did not over heat after running for nearly an hour. We are always open to helping customers with a mutual compromise
