I am rejecting Charlie's Body Shop response because his statement is incorrect. I did bring this issue to his attention the following Monday from picking up my car on Friday. It was clearly communicated about the vibration in the front end. ...

I am in receipt of the email informing me that Ms. [redacted] has rejected my response stating that my statement is incorrect for the above complaint number. To be honest, I am confused. We will be glad to assist Ms. [redacted] in trying to figure out what the problem is with her car; however, we will need to know if the problem is with the dash (as previously stated) or in the actual handling of the vehicle. In the first letter, she stated that the vibration is in the dash, but with this last correspondence the vibration is in the front end (what we consider handling).
