Review: I visited this store after calling to see if a particular item was available. After walking in to the store, an older gentlemen stared at me while I asked if the item I had called about was still available. He informed me it was and if I needed a particular size. I informed him I wasn't sure and would like to see both sizes if possible. He pointed to a side of the store to which I started walking. He proceeded to yell at me and said he was pointing to the television he was watching while saying I wasn't listening. "The President!... Don't you listen? Aren't you an American?" I responded that I thought he was pointing to where the products I needed were and that I was confused. He stated, "Have a nice day." Clearly he wanted me to leave and would not accept my business. I am still not sure what I did. I asked if I did something to cause him to become angry but he just responded by saying "Have a nice day." I informed him that I found his behavior to be extremely rude and uncalled for. I went to my vehicle and began searching via my phone for other businesses that may have the product I needed. My vehicle door was open and he began sweeping dirt onto to me and into my vehicle. I closed my door. He returned from his store with the item I had sought and began banging the item up against my car window. No damage was done to my car but the incident was clearly the most unique and odd experience I've had while trying to shop at a business. This store owner/operator is clearly an older gentlemen with some sort of psychological issue but the physical nature of his actions are concerning. Specifically when I had done nothing to provoke such a behavior. Future violent behavior is inevitable. As a federal law enforcement officer I feel compelled to request your agencies assistance with this store owner.Desired Settlement: An apology is highly unlikely given the store owner/operators mental state. I feel that he may be beyond reproach. I am a law enforcement officer and I do feel that this individual will surely exhibit violent behavior in the future. Your agency may not be able to address this issue with the store owner but your agency should be aware of the situation.
