Review: I visited the tire shop to purchase three used tires on May [redacted], 2013.I was charged $185 for three used tires.My intention was to buy four tires, but they did not have a fourth tire available.After getting the tires put on,and stopped at a gas station; that is when I realized that one of the used tires started to go flat.I immediately returned to the tire shop and I had the same guy that put the tire on, re-evaluate the flat. He took the tire off the car and checked it...He put the tire back on and ensured that the tire was good.After leaving the shop I noticed that the tire again began to go flat. So I stopped off at another tire shop a 5 minutes away to A. purchase a fourth tire and B. to have someone else evaluate the used tire from the original shop I went to; that kept going flatThey confirmed (AND I HAVE ON VIDEO) that the original tire shop, Charlies Pit Stop Tires, sold me a bad tire (the inner tire wall had a leak that was easily recognized when submerged in water.)I went back again to the tire shop and I asked for a refund.The tire man told me there is no refund on used tires...I became frustrated because this was a defective tire that they sold to me in the first place.I paid $180 cash and only asked for a refund of $60. When I asked for the refund, they told me that the BOSS of the shop left for the day with all the cash.The tire shop only accepts cash so I found it strange to believe that they could not issue a refund, they refused to contact the Boss to resolve the matter and they didn't provided me with any receipt.I spent my whole day driving back and forth trying to resolve the issue with the flat tire and the only resolution they could offer me was to Drive to a tire shop a couple of towns over (on the tire with a slow leak and to pay $10 dollars more in addition because the tire I would be getting is in better condition than the one that was going flat.The Logic here was so irrational that all I could do is Drive away (with a bad tire).Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $60 and for Revdex.com to be aware of this poor/unfair service.

I have advised customer to return and we will provide another tire, customer said he only wanted cash. It is our business policy of no refund exchange only. We have a tire for the customer even though he has not returned the tire, he claims was defective.

Please inform customer to return to Charlie's Pit Stop to uplift his replacement tire.
