I purchased three items from Charlie's Project for a total of $65.40 on 3/26/20. The company shipped my items out and the last time the tracking was updated was 4/09/20 (tracking # ***) it stated "In transit to next facility" and no further tracking information. I reached out to the company, *** stated that they have to wait 30 days before the company can submit a lost package claim, at that point we were within a few days of that 30 day point. Then I received an email stating that they were sending a replacement shipment on 4/20/20, I stated that I wanted a full refund, not another package that may not make it and they then cancelled it, still no refund. I sent a follow up email on 4/26/20, *** responded with "here is the tracking from your original order. The tracking shows it will be delivered by the end of the day Wednesday". This was it, and it was the same old tracking information that has not been updated, stating that the item was due for delivery on Wednesday, April 1st. This company is giving me the run around and not giving me a full refund for the items that are obviously lost in the mail.
HI, Since it has been 30 days and the USPS lost your package we have already issued a refund. There seems to be issued with the mail in *** and *** area due to COVID 19. We apologize the postal service wasn't able to deliver your package.
I have placed several orders with Charlies Project. Orders came in a timely manner and were exactly as described! Love their leggings!

They’ve stolen money from me. I paid and received nothing
We are sorry for your experience and I have reviewed the correspondence on your account. Your order was placed for 2 tops of $28 each and a coupon applied for $10 off any $50 order. Resulting in payment of $23 for each top. One top was delayed and we emailed notifying you of the delay and even issued another $10 off gift card off any order. The classic rose top was shipped via USPS and delivered to your residence. USPS tracking of usps priority mail*** - 2 Texts were sent notifying you of the shipment on oct 17th and a delivery notification on Oct 19. We always ask customers to contact their postal service on issues with your package as they are able to locate your package and determine where the package was scanned for the delivery notification. If you are not able to contact the postal service we will ask the postal service to investigate the your package for you. The postal service is always ready to help since they updated their gps tracking when they scan a package. Some postal services even take pictures now of the location they left the package. Therefore we always ask to contact the postal service as they are a separate company from ours.We received an email from you regarding a request for a 65% discount on the top that hasn't shipped. We were not able to honor that request and inside you requested a refund. Your refund of $23 was issued as you paid $28 minus $5 from the coupon applied = $23. We regret we are not able to refund for coupons applied. Payment for your items was issued via *** a buy now, pay later service. Therefore no money has been exchanged or charged on any card through our system. We can only issue refunds as we have done. Please contact *** if they havent refunded your $23.
