I bought a Chrysler Town and Country 12/26/2017.Before I got home from the car lot the check engine light came onI contacted Duke and returned immediately to his mechanic I was informed that the sensor was bad he first refused to replace it but did agreeHe ordered the sensor and I came back and it installedAfter leaving the shop before I got home again the light came back onI contacted Duke immediately he told me to stopped back by and he would check itThis was also done, now he said that the Catalytic converter was bad and that he was not going to replace itKeep in mine I never got home with the van before the light came on both times
This was by far one of the most pleasant auto buying experiences to date! This family owned business (husband and wife) have stellar people skills and can't do enough to satisfy a prospective buyer We are most impressed with their honesty and integrity Wish we had known of them sooner! If you are looking for a great used car or truck (in this many times "sketchy" industry) I am so pleased to be able to refer Duke and Michelle and their solid business
I rarely ever write reviews but this place left a lasting impression that I felt I needed to let everyone knowI was very skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from a private dealer but I am so glad that I took the risk Duke and Michelle are great folks and they sold me my dream truck, a Tundra, for a great price and in fantastic conditionAfter my purchase I took it to the Toyota Dealership to have all the fluids replaced (my personal choice) and also a full vehicle inspection, no issues found and the Tundra drives beautifully There is no hagglingThey are straight up with you and the prices are very reasonableI bought my truck at less than market value and for what I wanted and what I got, it was a stealNo pressure at all while looking around which was refreshingDuke showed me the lot, told me about the truck and how they got it, and let me do my thing without breathing down my neck or pressuring meI cant believe how lucky I am for finding this place They also offer a Power Train Plus warranty for an additional cost that gives you some piece of mind for your used vehicleI hope I never need to use it but glad I have it just in caseSince I live in SC vs NC they made sure I had all the paperwork I needed for the DMV and County Auditor which made that chore as easy as possible If you are looking for a good vehicle and do not want to pay the high prices the bigger dealerships charge and or deal with a salesman pestering the heck out of you, then you need to stop by and give Charlotte Auto Group a shot BTW, I didn't receive anything for this postI'm writing this because in the world we live in today, Its nice to know folks like Duke and his wife still existCant be any happier with my purchase!
