I took my car in to get repaired, their hours state they're open at 8am and I waited until 8:30am...nobody showed upI was late to work as a resultThey attempted to make things right by picking my car up from work, however when I picked it up after work my car still had the same problem...nobody even checked to see if it was fixed properlyThey had to order another part so I had to wait days to bring it back inI told them I was picking it up at 4:30pm and they said that was fineNobody picked up the phone or greeted me when I arrived, it wasn't until 5:50pm that I was able to leave with my car (I was late to class so that's twice I was late)Btw final result: the problem still isn't fixed
When I initially called, I explained my car's problem and told them what the dealership told me needed to be replaced, they said they would double check the problem and see if the dealership was correctClearly they didn't care to double check the problem
There is no accountability at this placeThey are nice guys and will apologize for their mistakes but in the end you may not get results and you will be left with a simple "if this part doesn't work there's nothing we can do"
I had a rim replaced and had to comeback twice to fix it because the mechanic did not know to reset my sensor... first this is mechanics 101 how can you hire mechanics that cant fix such simple things on the first try and make your customer comeback and take more time from work? Second the owner of the shop puts his customer on blast on social media day and night. If you want good service and a mature company with a good owner stay away from this cheap place you get what you pay for.
