Charlotte County Ford

We ordered our 1st Ford vehicle in April We picked up our Ford Explorer Sport in JulyTo our surprise many items were not on our vehicle as orderedWhen we ordered we stood at the counter and went thru each item that we wantedThe vehicle was missing air conditioned seats, volt outlet,power mirrors and audio video jacks not to mention they failed to install the roof rack cross barsAt the time of pick up it was noticed that the air conditioning seats was missingWe were assured that it would be fixedInitially we were told that the vehicle was built wrong at the factory After 1/months and so many phone calls and lies we are being told the package changed and pretty much out of luckThe vehicle we ordered can't be made and to have the options that were originally in order form we will have to go to next package up$approximately out of our pocketI think notSuch a horrible experience and do remember this is our first FordHow can a dealership change its tune?? What kind of customer service are you offering?? At this point we just want our money backEvery penny

I am writing in response to my previous reviewCharlotte County Ford and I did come to an agreement on the misbuilt vehicleIt did take a long time to get there but the were diligent in staying on top of Ford to get something doneIn the end Ford dumped it in the lap f the dealership and I believe they made me an acceptle offer to make things right

Sucks ,I bought part from tham and it wasn't wright one so thay charge me 20% restocking fee,but interesting thing is that I brought part and show guy what I need ,it still my fault ,nice ha,but that's what you get there
