Integrity, which posesses a firm foundation of principles that will not be compromised- no matter what contingency arisesWhen planning a construction project (whether out of Fiberglass or Legos) it is as sure as death and taxes that plans will clash with realityAmid confrontations with mother nature, Duke Energy and unforeseen circumstances with my employer- my pool was actually installed sooner than anticipated! Since I moved here from PA, this is a first!

It may not surprise you that a few mistakes were made during the installation of my family's new poolWhat may surprise you (as it most certainly did me) is how fast an organization dedicated to their customer can rectify and resolve these mistakes

I am really thrilled with this company. Let me first explain that we had chosen to do this pool install in the off season to try to cut the cost. I had originally reached out to several pool installers to get a price quote. Charlotte Fiberglass was one of the first to get back to me, and they continued their fast response to all my questions moving forward. I felt like when they came to survey our yard that they were forthcoming, friendly, honest and knowledgeable about their products and services.
I had heard so many horror stories about getting a pool installed, that I couldn't believe my luck with Charlotte Fiberglass. They gave me a reasonable quote, worked with me on cost and went above and beyond what was contracted. Their timeline for install was accurate and fair (barring some weather issues). We were pool novices, so we had so many questions. They were always quick to get back to me, and gave me the most honest answers and provide immediate assistance. The best part was that I was not blindsided by extra charges or issues. Charlotte Fiberglass had detailed the best and worst case scenario's so that we could stay within our budget. Installing a pool near Christmas can be complicated, but they definitely made it so much easier.
The contractors that they used for the electrical, and fencing were prompt, friendly and did great work. The project manager was really on top of everything that was happening and great at keeping me informed. He was on site for most of the work done to make sure it was up to their standards.
Overall, I cannot say enough about this company and how pleased we are with the results. Can't wait until the weather gets warmer to use this beautiful new pool!!
