I honestly would never reccommed anyone ever giving Kimberly their businessI would give her stars if I couldShe was very nice at first, but once she couldn't deliver what was promised, she got very nasty and very rude Toward the end of last year, a friend's mother passed away so a group of girls wanted to order a braided ficus tree in supportI called around multiple florist before I spoke to Kimberly, but no one had access to oneI called the Charlotte Florist and was told by Kimberly that she could get one so one was ordered OVER THE PHONE by my sister in law A few days later when the tree was to be delivered, we got a photo from our friend thanking us for the giftHowever, it was not a braided ficusit was a pot with multiple plantsShe loved it, but my sister- in - law and I were very confused and upset as what we order was not delivered So I called KimberlyTold her what happened, in a very calm mannorShe told me that the ficus tree that was delivered to her didn't have any leaves on it and looked terrible, so she subsitutedI told her that it wouldn've been nice for either my sister-in-law or me to be notified before it was changedShe said "well your friend loved the plantsI told her that you girls ordered a braided ficus, but it looked terrible so I brought this insteadShe loved itAnd it was an even trade, value to value"My response was, "of course she loved itthe thought of sending flowers while she is in mourning, yes, she is going to appricate itBut the fact that you TOLD HER that she isn't getting what was order and the fact that we had no idea she wasn't getting what was order doesn't sit right with me." Then Kimberly offered to send a braided ficus to our friend or anyone else that we would like to send it to as a courtesy since one was not originally sentI agreed to that After literally months gone by, there still hasn't been a braided ficus sentI've called multiple times, each time saying that there wasn't one on the truck, maybe next Friday I sent Kimberly a text message in May letting her know that I have felt as if she is giving me the run around about this treeI never heard from herSo days later I texted her again saying that I'm really dissapointed in this situation and that if I didn't get a response from her, then I would write about my experienceAll I wanted was a braided ficusNever heard anything from her, and I never went online to write about anything, trying to give her more time to come up with one, or at least a response I called Kimberly today, (August 13, 2018) to see what the update was almost a year laterShe said that she got my text, saw my posts online (which I never did until this one) and that she stopped looking for a tree for meI told her that I had never posted anything onlineShe got really nasty after thisShe told me that on her website, it states that she can substitue plants if nessisary, which I should have seen on her website when the order was placedI reminded her that the order was placed over the phone and that I had never been on the websiteShe called me a liar and said she never promised to find a courtesy braided ficus Then she told me that she was going to look up my order and call me back since there was some kind of confusion as to how it was placedwhich in my opinion, doesn't really matter because we were not told that a substitution was going to be made, regardless of how it was orderWhich is what the issue is But instead of calling back, she texted me, again telling me I was wrong about the order being placed onlineShe fulfilled her duty, and that there are many other florists in the area, and I should try another one next time I will absolutely be contacting another florist the next time there is a death and need a memorial gift to be sentKimberly is very rude and doesn't care about her customers, or really her reputationI hope no one else will fall victum to her lies and unprofessionalism

Pot of luck florist is wonderful!! Came into town for my son's wedding & needed flowers for the Sat after Thanksgiving Call & they said they are typically closed that Sat After I explained my situation Nick said he make the arrangements & meet Sat
