Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[True the first mattress was delivered damaged, and after much consternation -I was told the drivers were not available until the next dayYes, I did scream at them, as they had already removed my old bedding, probably bad on my partBut when they RELUCTANTLY agreed to deliver a new piece, it was oversized & I told the delivery guy that it was too highHe just walked out.At this point, I just want them to DELIVER ME the correct box springTHE ONE THAT WAS ON THE FLOOR MODEL!That is what I expected & they didn't follow throughAnd I WILL check with other outlets - if that box spring is less than what I paid, I WILL expect a refund Regards, [redacted]

*** *** came into our store on 4/12/and ordered a full size Rome Plush Euro Top set of bedding On 4/25/she received her delivery The first mattress did have an issue *** called up and we replaced it within hour with the exact mattress she ordered Our
warehouse manager did the delivery and did apologize for the inconvenience Later that day *** called the store two times and was very rude, using vulgar language, stating she got the wrong mattress I called *** the next day and asked her to send in photos of the tags and mattress to see if an error was made *** sent photos and it was confirmed that she received the exact mattress she tried on the floor and ordered I emailed her numerous times asking if she wanted to reselect *** said she was not paying anything, she had stopped payment with her credit card company, and wanted us to pick up the bedding I informed her that was not an option I tried to work with her, but she was very unreasonable in regards to her desired settlement she does have the correct mattress and did receive an apology for the inconvenience There was a problem and we resolved it within hour Therefore, we will not be giving her a 20% refund.Gina ***Furniture Manager,Charlotte Furniture & Appliance, Inc

We are exchanging out her box spring at no charge to her, and it is being delivered at her requested time of 5/18/after 4:pm

There was a miscommunication and we were working with the vendor to see if the refrigerator he had could be converted to what he was looking for Parts have been ordered and are being shipped directly to the customer The microwave bulb is being taken care of by our warehouse personnel

This special order was written up with an approximate request date for
April of 2015. The customer’s contractor
called March 16th, requesting the range that same day in order
to complete the kitchen. Our
salesman
told the contractor that the only one we had in stock for pick up that same day
was the floor model. The customer came
in to make the final payment on the appliances on March 16th,
so the contractor could pick up the range that same day. Customer was told when they came in that they
would be getting the floor model because the contractor needed the range that same
day.
Salesman talked to the customer about the cosmetic flaws and offered to
switch it out when the new one arrives, however the manufacturer has it on back
order
We have made arrangements to have the range picked up 3/30/15. The customer will be refunded

The owner of Charlotte Appliance talked to [redacted] and they agreed to have Charlotte Appliance pick up the sofa and have it returned to the manufacturer for repair at no charge to the customer.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Charlotte Appliance has not yet held up to their end of the "agreement" to repair sofa as of today. My Sofa is still sitting in my Living room. I will call Charlotte Appliance on Monday 1/23/2015. Once my sofa has been returned in operable satisfactory condition I will withdraw my complaint. Owner, [redacted] stated that he is NOT willing to put in writing the "agreement" of repairing sofa,he stated that I am suppose to take him on his word that it will be fixed properly?  .......  No physical attempt has been made yet to pick up sofa for repair.
