Company promised a refund and now stating that no refund will be issued, because he does not "owe" me anything
On Dec 5th at 6pm EST, I contacted Charlotte Iphone RepairI told them I would like to get my iphone screen replaced and I wanted to add the house callThey told me it would be $$for the service and $for the house callThey (***) were very prompt and came out to service my cracked iPhone screenWhen *** left I noticed that the phone was not fixed correctlyThe screen was lifting from the top right cornerI texted the business phone number on file and *** the store manager apologized and told me how sorry they wereShe stated that they were closed on Sunday Dec 6thI stressed to her I didnt live in the Charlotte areaShe stated she would have *** come back out to fix the phoneHe came back out, and tried to fix the phone, but once again when he left I noticed glue was gushing out of the top and the screen was liftingI texted and sent a picture

Alex from this company came to fix my cracked iPhone screen He fixed my iPhone screen in about minutes and everything seems to look goodAfter a couple of days I noticed my screen was not working appropriately and had lines running through itI contacted Alex and after a couple of days he came out and replaced my screen againA couple of weeks went by and my screen still did not work appropriately and begin to develop lines through it againI contacted Alex and he said that he was sorry that this happened again, and he would come replace my screen again I told Alex when I would be available and I never heard a response from himIn the meantime, my screen fell completely out of my phone and shattered on the groundI took my phone to a different company, battery and bulbs plusAfter this company fixed my phone they stated that the screen had not been repla

Company did not return phone calls to fix bad screen
*** fixed a cracked screen late last year for $which started turning purple in the bottom left corner a couple months ago I called to see if I could get it replaced but my calls were not returned
