We were very pleased working with Charlotte Pro Roofing. It was a good experience and everything was very well communicated.

- The sales presentation included a GoPro video which was great because it gives you a great idea of what is wrong with your roof without having to go up there.

- 50 year warranty through manufacturer is great.

- Cleanup was good. We found a few wrappers from the ridge vents, but not a single nail. We have kids and dogs, so we checked out the area pretty thoroughly before letting them back outside. One person is dedicated to cleaning during job and we saw him getting everything out of our shrubs and lawn using magnetic tools. Not sure if other roofing companies have a dedicated clean up person, but it was definitely a plus.

- We chose GAF barkwood. We have wheat colored vinyl siding. Here is a YouTube video of our roofing project, hopefully it will help someone deciding shingle color. We drove around and looked at many houses before choosing.

- After the roof was done, they addressed our questions/concerns as promptly as before they started it. Sometimes companies can get a little slow to respond after they have your money, but they were very nice and wanted to make sure we were satisfied.
