Charlotte Structural completed a very necessary roof truss repair to my six year old home. The repair was pretty extensive as identified by an outside engineer. It took his work crew two full days to complete the work. The work completed by Charlotte Structural corrected some very shoddy workmanship by our builder, *** John and his crew were punctual, very professional, communication was excellent, and the work crew was very interested in correcting some very specific concerns I had about the structural problems with the roof. Based on my experience with John and the crew from Charlotte Structural, I would very highly recommend this company.
