First off we would like to apologize for your inconvenience; we take great pride in our customer satisfaction and quality control That is why we brought to the owners attention about the quality and fitment issues of aftermarket parts when the owner first signed and authorized the use of
aftermarket parts We had great concerns from the start about fitment issues of aftermarket parts per the owners insurance policy However the issues were resolved the next day 3/21/in a timely manner At no point did we refuse to correct the panel alignment issues caused by the use of aftermarket parts The vehicle was signed for, paid in full and delivered the next day at noon with the owner satisfied Again we apologize for the larger gap between the hood and bumper then previously before the accident, the problem was brought to our attention on 3/20/and then was resolved quickly the next day 3/21/in a professional manner The insurance company involved was aware of the fitment issues as wellWe hope this clears up any questions in regards to our repairs.Thanks

The problem was *** *** and how unprofessional he was and rude at first about the situationHe only came around after we contacted the owner of the business on the poor customer service and how rude he was about the situation when I showed him the problemThe company needs to look at him and how he represents them is very rude and un professional As a manager he should of had this corrected and was totally out of line being rude
