*** I am very sorry to hear about the situation at our Rosemount location back in JanuaryI understand your hesitation about bring the vehicle back in to have it checked out. We do have our former Master Technician who has returned to our shop and would be more than happy to re-inspect
everything that was doneI spoke with Bill the store manager and we would like the opportunity to make the situation correct for youThe work you had done is backed by the year 24k mileage warranty so if there are parts that have already gone bad there will be no cost to youIf at that point we find that the parts were faulty and have done further damage to your tire I would like to see what we can do to help resolve that issue as wellWe will stand behind our work and if it was not done to your satisfaction then we will do our best to correct that until you are happyIf you truly do not want to take it back to Rosemount we do have a store in Hastings that would be able to look at the vehicle as well. We apologize for the delayed responseThe first request was not receivedUpon full review of the situation the customer was not refused service due to a bad reviewIn fact we take the reviews serious and if a customer returns after posting a
negative review we do everything we can to turn the next visit into a positive outcomeIn this situation the technician did a full diagnostics and spent that time on the vehicle to pin point a problemWhen the customer returned to do the work the technician was the one who made the decision not to work on the vehicle due to the inexperience with that particular vehicle and issueInstead of us taking the money for a job we were not 100% comfortable doing we referred them to a dealer who specializes with AudiAudio and video recorded that day shows that the manager suggested the dealer due to the specific nature of the repair and with that specific issue they felt the dealer would give the customer the best chance at a repair done right the first timeUnfortunately we cannot refund the diagnostic fee due to the fact that the technician did exactly what the fee covers and that was find and pin point the problemHad we been completely unsuccessful at the diagnostics then we have something to work withIf we refund the fee then we are saying that the technician did not do his job and that is not the caseWe are a multi branded facility that work on most makes and models of vehiclesWe will admit when we find something that we may not have the tools or experience to fix that we may recommend the dealer

The fabric in the wash would not have the ability to scratch any surface If you feel it is a smudge or such that would be easily removed with a professional buffing I would be happy to reimburse you for such a thing? Anything deeper than that our car wash or any other wash for that matter and the fabrics used in these washes would have no ability to scratch a vehicles surface or windows in such fashion.
