The problem was [redacted] and how unprofessional he was and rude at first about the situation. He only came around after we contacted the owner of the business on the poor customer service and how rude he was about the situation when I showed him the problem. The company needs to look at him and how he represents them is very rude and un professional. As a manager he should of had this corrected and was totally out of line being rude
