Tell us why here...The last time we had a technician at there home to do the work they were so abusive to him that he left never to return. I understand they want to return the spa and get refunded. We are willing to refund there spa provided they have not filled it with water. We
may not be able to refund them for the optional items that they have that have never been installed on there new spa. Other than they haven't gotten there optional equipment installed on there spa I really don't know why they don't want there spa. The spa would and could work perfectly fine without the optional equipment

Review: Repair of pool light and pool heater, started Sep 2015 and not yet complete. Contacted Charlottesville Aquatics several times without completed service. Service department sent a service person to the house in Sep 2015 and have no record of his progress or of his identity. Since they can't determine who he was, they are unable to order the part for the heater. They claim that it is too cold to service the pool light and the last service person was unable to determine if the heater can be repaired since he doesn't work on that brand of heater. The owner of the company is unable to be contacted at this time and until she comes back from her vacation, no service person will be sent to our house and no replacement parts will be ordered. I have already paid for the pool light to be installed, which has been sitting at the edge of the pool all winter. The first service person had the manual for the heater and identified the part that needed to be ordered. The second service person had the part but didn't install it since he doesn't service that brand. He was unable to determine if it was the right part or notDesired Settlement: I want the pool light installed and the part for the pool heater that was ordered to be installed.

Review: We bought a spa over a year ago and we are still waiting for them to finish hooking it up so we can use it.Desired Settlement: We would like them to take back the spa and give us our money back.
