After carefully reviewing the account and speaking with the VCS representatives consumer did speak with a VCS representative (***) on 9/16/and representative advised consumer she would "request" a letter to be sent not that she "would" send a letter [redacted] approached myself, Vice President, and asked if we could send such letter to consumer as this is not standard operating procedure In reviewing the account and although consumer has agreed to make monthly payments consumer has not made a payment every month as agreedVCS had not received a payment between March and July of A payment was received on 8/31/In addition VCS agreed to help consumer out by reducing the monthly payment amountA letter stating consumer was on a payment arrangement would not have been accurate as consumer failed to make a payment every month as agreedOn 9/Mr [redacted] from VCS contacted consumer and advised her we would not be sending a letter and tried to explain but consumer hung up on Mr***It is unfortunate that consumer misunderstood Ann's response in that she would "request" a letter to mean would "send" letterConsumers allegations VCS has lied to her is baseless and without meritVCS is under no legal obligation to send such letterHowever, in an effort to assist consumer I, [redacted] , Vice President would be willing to speak to consumers prospective leasing company, with her authorization, regarding the payment arrangementI may be contacted at [redacted] ***
