Review: The contract states that "All roof cleanings are guaranteed for 5 years. If mold or algae returns your roof will simply be
treated again at no charge"
The roof was cleaned November 2013. The mold/algae has returned in spots. We have talked to [redacted] at
least 8 times and every time he has an excuse for not coming out to even take a look at the problem. Yet he continues
to clean other roofs.Desired Settlement: For [redacted] to physically come out to our house and look at the spots that have reappeared and then to
retreat the roof again at no charge.
