I am rejecting this response because:I was never informed of any billing error and trusted the company in processing my orderWhen I attempted to access my account to follow up I was told I had the wrong password, which was an errorForgotten password links failedI trusted this company and their policies and customer service were sketchy at best.

Order [redacted] was received on Friday October 31th and was cancelled for non payment. Our system automatically cancels orders if payment is not received within 24 hours. The customer can see from her bank and [redacted] statements that charm Factory never collected payment. The customer never...
completed payment when directed to the [redacted] website. We were not contacted by the customer about this issue until November 22nd and we provided the same information to her at that time.

Again, this order was not processed because no payment was ever received by our company.
