Ordered onlineThey took money right awayUsually you receive shipping emails from companies online within daysBut after almost two weeks I hadn't heard anythingI sent two emails and [redacted] message and got no responseAfter posting on [redacted] and inquiring as a lot of people were doing they ended up blocking me from their [redacted] page ( [redacted] I understand if you are busy at Christmas but if you're selling that much product and making money - hire a better customer service rep On top of that I then did research into the company and this [redacted] happens all year aroundMostly with people getting broken rings and trying to contact the company and they say they'll ship a new one and never doAlso damaged products when received in mail and nothing done about itIt's just sickening because these are expensive candles! And also there is no way that their appraisal methods are legitamite: appraised at $and a stone falls out the next day and finger turns greensI don't think so [redacted]

I placed an order on their website in early NovemberI didn't receive any shipping confirmation so a few days later I emailed them to ask for a tracking number, they emailed me back telling me that the items I ordered were no longer in stock, even though they were in stock when I orderedI was told I can either wait until more come in stock (which would be after Christmas) or cancel my orderI asked them to swap out the items that weren't in stock for other items and they just cancelled my order without my permissionI also expressed to them that I didn't want to have to reorder because I needed the items before December but they did not address that issue at all and just cancelled the orderI also asked them why I was sold product that was not in stock and why I wasn't informed that they weren't in stock until I reached out to them and they did not answer meI placed my new order the same day they cancelled my original one, now November 24thI still have not received any shipping confirmationI have emailed them times and have sent them *** messages and they have not responded to a single oneOn there *** page there are hundreds of other customers complaining about the same issueSome customers have complained that once they finally received their order the product was smashed, and have posted photo evidence that the canada post package was deliberately destroyedThese customers are also waiting for a response from the company for a refund/exchangeThere is even a *** page, created by another dissatisfied customer, for other customers to post their complaints about this company as evidenceSome customers have even complained that Charmed aroma blocked them from their *** page after trying several times to contact them for a missing order
