Charmed Expressions

Review: I purchased an item from this seller through an auction app called [redacted]. I paid for the item through my PayPal account. I was not aware at the time I placed the order that my home address had not been updated on my PayPal account since I moved over a year ago. As soon as I realized the error, I notified Charmed Expressions (and other sellers I was working with) about the mistake, and I provided my correct address. Charmed Expressions replied very rudely to me on more than one occasion. The tracking history shows the item delivered to my old address on November 23rd, 2015. The tracking history shows that that the package was being returned to the sender on November 24 as Undeliverable--Addressee Unknown. Charmed Expressions insists that the tracking history does not indicate the package is being returned to them. They are calling me a liar! I will be glad to provide the tracking number so you can see for yourself. Initially, I just wanted the item forwarded to my correct address. I even offered to pay additional shipping charges. But after being treated so rudely and disrespectfully, I want the money repaid to my PayPal account.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $15.00
