Called the business (216) 663-on 11/19/at 3:52PM and spoke with *** *** and response entered by Revdex.com staff (**)
Business advised the consumer purchased carpet in July and the carpet wasn't installed until late October early November When the measuring was performed
by the business, the railing in question was not in placeThe business had no idea a rail existed until after the installation
Business acknowledged there were some minor repairs needed and the repairs have been completed to date
