Here is two images (front and back) of the card the company sent meThere is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on it stating that it should be off of 40$ or to see more details online or that the coupon had other hidden "properties"- [redacted]

Hello,My name is [redacted] and in September I ordered "RIGHT ON RHINESTONE WATCH" online (Order #XXXXXXXXX). In [redacted] (a month later) the watch broke and I contacted Charming Charlie Customer Care online to ask how to get it replaced. You can then see the emails that transpired attached.I was very concerned that I was having to pay the cost [redacted] to return an item that broke only after a month, but assumed this cost would be returned to me in the form of the gift card. However, when I received the gift card it was for less than what the watch costs. I understand you offer a full year to receive merchandise credit for the amount paid at the time order was placed for [redacted] Club members, however, I should have been given a gift card to cover the purchase of a new watch. When I went to buy the new watch I had a gift card for $22.58 and the watch cost $25. At this point I have paid an additional $7.47 (as well as the cost of getting it resized) and spent a lot of time trying to replace a watch that broke after a few weeks! I spoke with [redacted] on the phone last night who was able to replace the watch. However, I still spend $5.05 to return a watch (documention attached), which [redacted] said should not have happened as I should have been sent a prepaid return label.I am very disappointed in how entire situation was handled andSincerely,[redacted]Product_Or_[redacted]: Right on Rhinestone WatchOrder_Number: XXXXXXXXXDesired SettlementI look forward to being reimbursed for my shipping cost.
