The customer bring a picture and want her hair done as the picture. In the picture the style is balayage, which is a highlight style where does not apply color at top, some color in the middle, and a lot color at end. wanted. Then at the end, the customer says that she can see her gray hair on the top, which the highlight style she chose does not cover, she want to put some highlight on top too. After the hairstylist speak with manager, manager agrees to give the customer extra highlight free. The color comes out perfectly as extra blond. And the customer left. The material we use in the process could dry the hair as all highlight process does. We did not dye her hair blue. And the customer is a frequent customer who visit our salon very often.

[Your Answer Here]The picture I bought in was a model's picture not one of a clown.  A professional hairstylist won't allow a client to leave her salon with 3 different  hair colors. I am sure that they did not understand the picture. the Balayage color should be applied evenly on the hair, and again I doubt that the person who did my hair is licensed. The manager never asked to fix my hair color., and the only way I can fix my hair is to have a short haircut and this is what I am planning to do. Further, this was not the first complaint about a horrible job done in the same salon. As the matter of fact, I  found out that one reviewers filed a lawsuit against Charming Hair salon after they made her hair pink instead of red. (proof online with pictures)I still have the picture that I have showed the stylist and I do have proof of the horrible job they did. Everyone, in my school was making fun of my hair and the way I looked.I hope that they will reimburse me the fee I paid to ruin my hair, and this is the least they can do to correct  their mistake.
