Review: The hair sold to me shed hair in drastic amounts. My five month old infant ran her finger through the tresses of my hair and put her hand in her mouth and almost choked because without tugging, over 20 strands of hair came out into her little hand. The company asked for my feedback, but failed to inform me of the return or refund policy nor was it posted. The customer service was horrible as I contacted them from day one.there was multiple occasions when I did not receive a reply. I wrote them on the company's [redacted] page in order for them to write me. The said they could not give me a refund for my 478 dollars only attempt to fix the product. I have an unused bundle and they refused to return my money for that as well. I then posted pictures to my to my personal [redacted] page and I was taunted and defamated. The sales person whom sold me the bundles and closure went on her [redacted] page and called me a female dog and said I was a nappy head and They don't need my business and I am a hater and I will not get my money and made light of the situation. The owner also commented on this post saying she stands behind her friend and I should have asked them all the questions about refunds without them saying it or posting it.They called me out my name publicly and humiliated me. They taunted and laughed about me not getting a refund. They stated I was only a problem from day one because of my concerns. The hair is supposed to last for at least 1 year without the presence of any of these issues.Desired Settlement: I would like all of my money returned to me 478 dollars. I would also like for the kiosk to be shut down as I am not the only customer whom they falsely advertised too. I have been embarrassed, humiliated, and disrespected.
