I am Kim L*, manager of Charming NailsI have received a complaint, ID #***When I walked in the nails shop seeing *** was talking to another co-worker about her nail polish had chipped at the tip of her nail fingers - I asked if she had time for me to fix them for her and she said no
Not even once mentioned to me that she wanted a refundThen I told her to come back at anytime at her convenient - And she chose to make an appointment at 10am Nov3rd to get them fixed, for free of course there was no such thing as grabbing her arm when she tried to leave*** did not show up for her appointment - without any notice for us.We don't mind issue a refund

Review: I walked in the the salon with a frech manicure and one broken nail. I asked for a fill. I was waved back to the person who would help me and before I sat down I asked how much, and she said $25. I agreed to this price. After she filled my nails and fixed the one broken one, she asked me to pay before the painted on the french tips. Her itemixed bill was $25 (fill) plus additional charges that she never told me were extra. $7 for fixing one nail and $5 for the french tips. I said, "you told me it was $25 thats why I asked first" and she replied that the other services were extra. After further discussion, she tried to tell me how she didn't know that I would need the french tips, but I didn't walk in with different. I wanted the same thing I came in the door with. I paid for $32, the fill plus the nail repair, which was an absurd overcharge. Her work was not even good, like she was new and practicing. My nails looked so bad after this $32 job I had no choice but to go to [redacted] for nail polish to then paint my nails to attempt to disguise them. I do have a photo to show how bad the $7 repair was, as backup proof if needed please let me know where to send.Desired Settlement: If I had the work done without asking for a price first I would feel unhappy about the qulaity, but could not expect a refund. However, because I asked up front, I should not have paid more than $25 for my basic quick fill. I would like for the owner to pay for me to get my nails fixed elsewhere. $20 refund would be acceptable to me to cover the damage.
