Do not order from Charmrosy! I ordered two dresses but they aren’t true to size (a lot bigger than ordered!) and they are terrible quality. When I tried to return them, the customer service representative over email was rude and told me they looked fine to her. They wouldn’t accept them back unless “I delivered them in person to the warehouse in China.” Stay far away!

I ordered three dresses from Charmrosy.com on 7/10/20. I paid $110.97 to OASNOVA via PayPal. Before I ordered, I read the refund and exchange policy, which seemed to indicate that it was fairly easy to return items. I would just need to pay the shipping fee. I received the items on 7/20/20. I tried them on and was surprised to find they don’t fit well and the material is not as advertised on the website. I followed the procedure featured on the website for refunds, and they are refusing to accept my refund. First they wanted to tell me something had to be wrong with the dresses to refund. Then they wanted pictures of the items. Now they are telling me to just give them to friends or charity instead of returning them. They recently said I would have to pay an expensive shipping fee to China. I have exchanged at least 6 emails and they will not provide the refund instructions or the address for returns. They have falsely represented their refund policy, as well as their products. I would never have ordered from them if I knew how difficult it would be to return the items. They need to be flagged as a disreputable business.
