First of all complaint says ..."after months" , not true at allPermits were pulled on both projects in June and July...Work was not started ....Legally and at to comply with city rulesOne deposit was returned NSF from you company to me....For electrical work to happen in these cases, other trades and other than electrical needed to be done also before electrical can be started and done to a point of "rough inspection " by citySo you can't fully complete job until then Then to top off,project manager was running jobs , then they were fired , then a new project manager was hired....Literally I met with new project manager on a Friday and was fired Tuesday by new manager

No job lasted 4-6 months that I worked on. Nothing in the contract has a mandatory completion date. A voice mail was left from you regarding NSF CHECK...YOU FORGOT...I had a contract to do work..Your new Manager fired me probably without talking to you first.......In fact he's not there anymore either...he didn't last 2 weeks .

I am rejecting this response because:This is going back and forth and not going anywhere. He did not complete work and he admits in the email that was attached to previous message that he did not finish work. I will settle for $1,500 for this to be done and over with. The whole point is you did not complete the work. Why is that so hard for you to understand? Over the time frame over several months you completed maybe 10% of the work that was quoted. You honestly think you should not pay the difference back? In fact on the Berwyn job you stated you were 70% done and Lori gave you a second draw. You were around 10% done. Regardless of who is here and who is not does not change the work that you completed and did not complete. Your work was also not done by code. the inspector had us tear all out and have another company redo the whole thing which only took them a week to do on both jobs. I can send proof on that too.
