Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this...
response because:I acknowledged that Aaron made a partial payment to me for the damage he did to my refrigerant line. Everything in my complaint is accurate and I am extremely disappointed that he did not complete the job as I still have two holes in my ceiling and had to put out $600 towards the repair of my refrigerant line as well as find a contractor to complete the work that Aaron did not finish. I've attached a current picture of my ceiling.

Review: I hired and signed a contract with Mr. Charnick on 1/19/14 for a roof repair and interior repair to my ceiling. He never completed the ceiling repair and 2 nail holes were recently discovered by HVAC contractors out for routine maintenance in my refrigerant line causing freon to leak out and add additional repairs. I contacted Mr. Charnick to work this out, we talked/texted he tried to say he wasn't liable for the 2 nail holes as its the fault of the home builder for putting lines there (my home was built in 1976) he also had no answer for why he didn't finish my ceiling other than he's just to busy. He agreed on 5/15/14 to pay half the AC bill and fix the ceiling. He said he'd be here on 5/19 to give me the money and never showed. He never responded to texts.Desired Settlement: I only wanted my ceiling repaired and have expressed this repeatedly. I was willing to accept half of the cost of the AC bill and have always been patient with Mr. Charnick to my disadvantage.
