There were definately some communication issues as well as access issues with the neighboring property. Mr [redacted] neighbor has been unresponsive to our request for access to west side of Mr. [redacted] property; which prevents gutter crew from installing gutter screen on west side of property. that there is no excuse or argument; we simply dropped the ball with regard to the gutter screens. I have contacted Mr. [redacted] and the gutter company this morning. I put them both in contact with each other to eliminate middle man communication.   I have also directed the gutter company to screen all of the gutters as opposed to the original agreement to screen only a portion of the gutters. I have also directed gutter company to bill me directly for the agreed upon screening and the additional material/labor to screen all of the gutters.
