[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: their response is a lie I was not given the choice of what should be fixed I took my car their for a squeaking sound I was hearing once I picked my car up I did not receive an invoice that told me the real problem was not fixed I want to know why was I not given the choice of what to fix, I did not decline any thing because I thought the problem was fixed, I did not speak with the mechanic I will take this to small claims court for the lies they are telling, why would I fix a small problem and not the.major problem that does not make sense to me Regards, [redacted]

The loan which I borrowed but was applied by Mr Frank the sales men I have not properly explained the billing process upon completing of the loan I have been told that the loan price was 28 thousand dollars. Now I when came to realization the I have been ripped off by the Barbara Auto land I have then contacted RevDex.com the loan is under my name from [redacted] bank but I have then been told that I have to pay the amount of 5500 dollars the bank sold the car in MRSP price 165000 in the auction I have paid about 9800 dollars the the total is 26400 dollars then how come the remaining bill come to 5500 dollars the bank and the dealership over charged me and did not able to justify the reason of the charge. I am rejecting this response because: It was never explained to me that service was per hour that is a statementAlso my vehicle still has warrantyIt was never asked if I have a warranty on my carThe statements they are stating are falseIt was explained to me by Shanell at approximately 2:30pm, that the car would be $per hour after already having my car since the night beforeDuring my initial call in prior to dropping my car off as well as when I dropped my car off $was quoted not an hourWhen I asked the manager Tom why wasn't I told per hour he stated because there isn't a crystal ball to state how long service isA rep from *** corporate office also called in an stated she asked three different people how much a diagnostic was and she was not told an hour until she asked herself I stated all lights on dash were blinking on and off at the same timeWhen explaining this it was told to me that the diagnostic was $per hour I declined after being told it would require more money to be looked at after I initially agreed to $109.00.
