I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
While it is accurate that the Plenti card was swiped at the point of sale machine it was to obtain points for the purchase. At NO point during the sale did I select YES to use the Plenti points for payment of merchandise. Instead I selected NO to not use Plenti points for the purchase and paid for the purchase in cash yet the Plenti points were deducted from my account. Again, the merchant received undue enrichment via the Plenti program as well as cash. Upon realizing the merchant's machinery deducted my Plenti points for payment I contacted Plenti to advise of the matterThe Plenti representative reimbursed my points. Additional request to the Plenti representative to have the merchant investigated for misrepresentation of the Plenti program.

Phone response, the machine in our store, we do not touchThis consumer swiped her plenti card and that was the payment utilizedThe receipt immediately comes out and it shows a zero due, why would she give money thenThe customers have to chooses y or n if plenti points are being used we don't
choose for them. Furthermore, why did she wait almost months before bringing this issue up?
