August I booked a bus through them (for passenger bus)The total was $ I made a deposit It was all confirmed He has always been quick to respond The trip is scheduled for January and so I have contacted him, for the last two weeks, with no response The deposit check cleared ($250) The deposit was to go toward the total cost When I call the number to the website, it forwards to another number and the mail box is full No response from email, either

Chartered a passenger bus for a day trip The bus that was sent was very old and outdatedDriver arrived on time and was friendly which was probably the only good thing that happenedOnce we left our pick up location we made it about minutes before the bus began to smoke badThe fire dept and police were calledThe owner of the company finally showed up after being called by the driverThe owner never once apologized but yet he talked rudely to the driver calling him names in front of the passengersStating he was going to fire the driverThis clearly was not the drivers faultWhen I attempted to talk to the owner he showed no remorseIt was as if he didn't careAgain he never once apologized for the inconvience this causeThere were passengers on this busHe attempted to still use the bus after being told that we were not allowed back on the bus per the fire departmentThe owner did not attempt to get another bus for usThe owner drives the bus a few miles as if he was going to get another bus and circles back around with the same bus as if we didn't knowAgain the police/fire department told the owner no passengers were allowed on the bus until it was servicedThe owner is very unprofessionalI would never charter a bus through this company again and have told others to stay away from this companyThe owner is rude and the buses are garbage
