After years of being a customer in the last week I have been completely blindsided I had set up auto deductions for monthly dues Up until this month my dues have been taken from my account every month on the 17th This month however it didn't come out Yesterday I received a collections call Then this morning I got an email I logged into their online services to find that somehow they claim my account is past due and that I now owe them an addition late fee My expiration date information on my debit card was from How is that up until this month they have been able to get my payments but all of a sudden my exp date is almost past years This is fraud! I am canceling my membership and refuse to update the payment information with them as they obviously can't be trusted with credit card/debit card information
I have been a member for years, ONLY because of the price and proximity to my job (minutes away)I hit the gym every weekday morning before work (after a minute commute from my home)There is a huge variety of equipment for the [redacted] monthly price, so it's fairly worth itHOWEVER, this place is a dumpEverything is super dirty, dusty and smells horribleI can count on one hand the amount of days that I haven't seen/killed a bug during my workoutThe floor smells like urine, making floor exercises almost unbearableThe morning employees ALWAYS show up late (supposed to open at 5AM)I know myself and numerous others have called to complain that we sit for 10, 20, minutes after and no one has still showed up to open the gymI don't have any choice but to sit there because I live minutes away and need to shower before workThe locker rooms are disgustingThere is mildew and mold all over the showers, they are NEVER cleaned, and the toilets are out of order weeklyI wish another [redacted] gym would open in this area (the closest is 20+ minutes north in Racine county), but for now, stuck here
