Review: On 10/23/2013 I purchased a pair of matched Charter Oak Microphones S600 from [redacted] which is a dealer of Charter Oak Microphones. A year later I experienced some technical issues with the mics and contacted Charter Oak customer service. I was prompted to mail them for service or replacement since they have life time warranty.

I sent the mics on May of 2014. When I tried to touch base with them to see if they received the package it took about a month to get them to respond. Their excuse was that my emails where going in their spam.

They told me that they got the mics and what the issue was. Since then after almost 1 year and a half, plus 150 emails back and forth with deceitful excuses and lies, I still have not received my mics. All the correspondence was between me and Mr Michael D[redacted] who is the CEO of the company. After telling him that I will complain through Revdex.com and furthermore take the case to a court he came with ridiculous excuses and asked for a little more time. Finally he sent me a [redacted] shipping info tracking number that a few days later proved to be a fake one that he created online without actually shipping the mics. After confronting him he blamed his staff and promised that he will personally take care of it. A week later I received an email and a txt msg asking me my address so he can ship it. I replied and asked the tracking # once they were shipped. I never got a response. I will have deliver all the emails and txt msg upon your request if needed. - Thank you.Desired Settlement: After all I've been through with this company I just want my money back. A total refund of $1,899,00 which is the current store price for these microphones. (CHARTER OAK S600).

The next best outcome is the replacement of my S600 microphones with a brand new pair.
