Review: THIS COMPANY SOLICITED ME ABOUT A 60 MONTH LOAN FOR $5000, REQUIRING A SECURITY DEPOSIT. I PAID THE DEPOSIT VIA WESTERN UNION AND WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DEPOSIT THE FUNDS INTO MY ACCOUNT, THEY SAID THEY NEEDED AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT. I TOLD THEM I WOULD NEED TO THINK ABOUT IT BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME IN ORDER TO CANCEL THE LOAN REQUE4ST IT WOULD TAKE UNTIL DEC ** TO CANCEL THE LOAN AND REFUND MY MONEY. I THEN PROCEEDED TO CALL BACK TWICE AND LEFT TWO MESSAGES WITH EUGINE MULLINS TO CANCEL THE LOAN REQUEST AND REFUND MY MONEY. IT IS DEC ** AND NO REFUND AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THIS BANK OR EUGINE OR THE PETER GILMORE THAT ORIGINALLY PROCESSED MY LOAN REQUEST. I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REFUNDED THE 790.00 DEPOSIT AND THE 75.00 WIRE TRANSFER FEE. I BELIEVE THIS WAS A LOAN SCAM.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY AND THE WIRE TRANSFER FEE REFUNDED ASAP!!!

Review: I was contacted via email by [redacted], Senior Account Executive with Charter Oak, offering me a loan of $5000.00, with monthly payment of 156.68. I was to [redacted] $626.72 to an individual [redacted], in New York (which I did on 12/*/13). The $626.72 was 4 monthly payments as collateral payment and it cost me $58.00 to send for a total of $684.00. Now since 12/*/13 the phone ####-###-#### is busy. I have no other way of getting my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my money back in the amount of $626.00 plus $58.00 plus gas money of $45.00. I had to drive 75 miles one way to do the [redacted] per [redacted] instructions. Total refund requested in the total amount of $729.00.
