Hello, In regard to this case, the assertions made by [redacted] are not factualAttached is a documentation trail wherein Mr [redacted] admits that he made a mistake in not implementing the package during our free evaluation period (extended to all customers)Further down in the correspondence numerous emails describing how good he felt the product isNowhere was there a request to implement two OHLC graphs on a single chart (which we do not support and never would tell a customer otherwise)There have been no requests for support in over monthsDespite all of this, we do not want any customer to feel they have made a purchase for a product they cannot useMr [redacted] requested that we refund the second half of payment ($750)We are willing to do so in order to resolve the issue [redacted] CTO ChartIQ

Attached is a documentation trail wherein Mr. [redacted] admits that he made a mistake in not implementing the package during our free evaluation period (extended to all customers). Further down in the correspondence numerous emails describing how good he felt the product is. Nowhere was there a request to implement two OHLC graphs on a single chart (which we do not support and never would tell a customer otherwise).
There have been no requests for support in over 6 months.
Despite all of this, we do not want any customer to feel they have made a purchase for a product they cannot use. Mr. [redacted] requested that we refund the second half of payment ($750). We are willing to do so in order to resolve the issue.

Review: The charting package they sold me did not include the ability to put 2 or more OHLC graphs on the same chart as I was told it would. I worked for almost 6 months to try and implement this feature with no success, wasting hundred of hours of time. Their support was no help.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.
