Review: I have asked Chartwell Travel and Tours to remove me from their mailing list on 3 separate occasions via phone conversation. On all occasions I have been told that I would be removed from the mailing lists of Chartwell as well as Ensemble Travel Group. I continue to receive a very large amount of unwanted and unnecessary mail.Desired Settlement: I would like all communication from this company to stop as soon as possible.
