This place has a joke of a return policy. I bought an item and returned it 3 days later and had to pay a restocking fee. Then I had paid with a debit card, but they wouldn't refund my card and made me wait for a check via mail. I asked to see the policy in writing and the "owner" came out, who was a total jerk. He didn't have anything in writing, and said he didn't want to get hit was the 3% fee again. I run an organization with 3 card terminals, and we don't get a fee for voids or refunds, so I told him I thought that was a BS reason. I offered to help him get a new merchant services provider, but he wasn't impressed. I had to get another part, but due to this experience decided to take my business elsewhere.
