Chas Pools replaced the filter grids in my pool filter last August, They had charged me $for the grids and laborLast July, 2016, I called them and told them that I think there is something wrong with the grids they installed as there is debris coming out of the return jets into the pool and I can hear strange noises coming from the filter which is normally quiet They sent someone over This person apparently took apart the multiport valve and told me I needed to replace the multiport valve (MPV) I told him the problem wasn't with the MPV The MPV was working just fine until he took it apart I told him I think the problem is with the filter grids that they just replaced less than a year ago He said it wasn't the grids He said he checked it and they were good, although I did not see him open the filter or had no way of knowing if he really checked the filter grids I said fine and go change the MPV even though it was working just fine before he came I was c
